Before you order a new filter:
Your filter no longer expires? It's the essential oils in the coffee that have clogged your filter. The good news is that they dissolve at around 70°C! We usually clean the filter once a week in the dishwasher on the hot cycle. That's completely enough for us. If the filter is still clogged, try this next time you preheat your oven. At around 100°C the oils dissolve after around 10 minutes. Then rinse. Warning: it is extremely hot!
