Our Affogato recipe for hot days:
Ingredients
- 4 heaped tbsp Carl Henkel Fika Blend
- 400 ml hot water
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Put coffee into the ARCA X-tract®, pour hot water over it. Let it steep for a few minutes.
Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass. Pour hot coffee directly over it.
Tip: The coffee must be hot, the ice cream cold. Physics will do the rest.
