The double stainless steel filter with the additional fine sieve inside is the heart of the X-tract method.
You put the coffee in the filter and pour hot water over it.
Stir a little, put the lid on so it stays hot and give the coffee aromas some time to develop in the big belly of the Arca.
The filter remains in the pot and warms the coffee from the inside. So you can have breakfast in peace...
